KTI is a luxury interior design collective located in Denver, CO. Kimberly Timmons, the firm’s principle and sole owner, is a well recognized expert in interior design. Kimberly’s relative fame and well-respected name had built the firm, but Kimberly was struggling to expand her business with many prospective clients not understanding the size and capabilities of her firm. 

KTI started as a two person design shop, and had grown into a firm spanning 3 main design studios and over 20 employees. The brand and company needed guideance on how to position in order to leverage the power of Kimberly’s name while outgrowing the perception of being a soloprenuer shop.

I worked closely with KTI during my time at Layer Cake Creative and acted as a consultant for 5 years afterward.

I led key stakeholders at KTI through a brand development project, developed brand positioning language, and acted as a marketing strategist for the award-winning firm. 

We launched a new website and brand identity shifting from Kimberly Timmons Interiors to KTI, A Design Collective. This allowed the firm to land smany high profile design projects across hospitality, luxury residential and interior merchandising by creating a level of confidence in the collective. 

I developed a new website, core brand positioning artifact, and written guidelines for KTI. This work has been used to expand the visual design language and brand presence of KTI across everything from social media to print publications.
